How to be more positive in 8 simple steps

The past year has been full of challenges and changes for me. I used to have a toxic way of living my life, until something completely turned my life to 180 degrees and I had to reset myself. Luckily, I have found a few secrets on how to be more positive and I thought it would be nice to share them with you, so here we go:

  1. Make peace with yourself - Embrace yourself the way you truly are and don’t be too harsh with your past mistakes. Accept the fact that they were part of your evolution.
  2. Be KIND- Regarding the relationships with other people, always give your best, be patient and emphatic. 3. Stay away from trouble - Don’t get involved in other people’s drama, it’s just not worth it!4. Visualize - Think about the things you’d like to do and where you’d like to go and imagine yourself there
    5. Focus on the positive - Always try to see only the good outcome of any situation. Try to think that every step is a trial you need to pass in order to grow. 6. Take time for yourself - For example, I used to have the tendency to focus on nurturing others and prioritize other people and often forgot about what I need and what I want. One of the most important things I’ve learned is that first I need to take care of myself so that I can be ok with others afterwards.7. Enjoy the little things - Be more present in your daily activities, starting from the scent of the coffee to observing the blossomed trees on your way to work. Everything is magical if you allow yourself to see it. 8. SMILE - and spread the good vibes and they will come back to you 🙂positive_ralucabarbu5
